Pacific Wave Digital is based in Port Vila, Vanuatu, and led by founder and CEO Stephen Totimeh. We build websites, business software and digital learning tools for organisations in Vanuatu and the Pacific.
Our work starts with the people who will use a system: their devices, connectivity, language preferences and day-to-day processes. We use those requirements to scope the website or software and the support it needs.
Our website work includes Aelan Basket, E’Nauwi Beach Resort and Lapita Beach. Our own training centre brings together course enrolment, payments, live teaching and private learning tools.
Through our Global Network — spanning Vanuatu, the USA, Indonesia, and Ghana — we bring together diverse talent and perspectives to deliver solutions that make a real difference.

Stephen Totimeh
Stephen Totimeh is the founder and CEO of Pacific Wave Digital. He leads the company’s website, software and AI projects from its Vanuatu base.

Stephen also leads the Global Digital Prime network, connecting innovation hubs across Vanuatu, the USA, Indonesia, and Ghana to deliver world-class digital solutions to emerging markets.
